For ghostwriters

You write as ten people. Your tool should too.

A voice profile per client, approvals they will actually use, and reporting that justifies the retainer. Priced per account, so a sixth client costs you nine dollars, not a sales call.

The ghostwriting problem

Everything works at three clients. Then it does not.

The tools are fine when you write for yourself. Writing as somebody else breaks four things at once, and they all break around the same client count.

01

They start sounding the same

One AI, one house style, ten clients. The first person to notice is the client, and what they say is “this does not sound like me”. That is usually the last month of the retainer.

02

Approvals live in WhatsApp

Screenshots, voice notes, a thread where three drafts are in flight and nobody knows which one was approved. Then a post goes out that the client does not remember signing off.

03

You are holding passwords

A spreadsheet of client credentials is a liability with your name on it. It also breaks the moment a client sensibly turns on two-factor authentication.

Voice per client

Each client keeps the voice you were hired for.

A separate voice profile per account, trained on what that person has already published, sharpened by the edits you make. A draft for one client will not read like a draft for another, which is the entire thing you are being paid for.

Approvals

Your client approves from a link, not a new tool.

They see the post exactly as it will appear in the feed and approve or ask for a change. No account, no login, no onboarding call. One queue for every client you write for, with a record of who signed off and when.

No more chasing sign-off across three chat threads
A timestamped record, which settles the “I never approved that” conversation
Or let a client auto-approve, if that is the relationship you have

The pricing problem nobody mentions

Most LinkedIn tools are priced for one person posting for themselves. The moment you write for other people, you are the wrong customer for that price list.

Some tools put multi-account behind their middle or top tier, so a ghostwriter with five clients pays a personal-brand price for a professional need. Others include a handful of accounts and then stop publishing prices entirely, which means finding out what your sixth client costs requires a call with somebody in sales.

We price per account and publish it. A sixth client is nine dollars. You can work out your own margin without booking anything.

Your writers are freeYou pay for client accounts, not for the people doing the work. Bring a second writer or an editor at no extra cost.
A client leaving costs you nothingArchive the workspace and it stops billing at renewal. Their content stays exportable for 90 days.
No ceiling before a sales callAccounts keep adding at a flat rate. There is no tier where the thing you bought the tool for gets taken away.
Common questions

What ghostwriters ask first

Do I need my clients' LinkedIn passwords?+

No. You send a secure invite, they authorise their own account, and their credentials never reach you. It also makes the sales conversation easier, because you are asking for permission rather than a password.

Will my clients all start sounding the same?+

Not unless you let them. Each account has its own voice profile trained on that person's own posts, and it learns from your edits rather than from a shared house style.

Can I bring a second writer or an editor?+

Yes, and they are free. Pricing counts client accounts, not seats. You can give each person access only to the clients they work on.

I already run clients in another tool. How do I move?+

Import your scheduled posts as a CSV and connect each account with the same invite you would use for a new client. Run both in parallel for a week and switch when the queue looks right.

Can I show a client what I have done for them?+

Send a report link. Reach, engagement and follower growth for their account alone, with no login needed at their end, and nothing from your other clients visible.

Start with one client. Add the rest as you sign them.

Connect a single account and see whether the voice holds up before you move anybody else.
