Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund previously paid periods unless required by law.
7. Free Trials & Promotions
Hypelio may offer free trials or promotional access at its discretion.
Free trials may require payment details and automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before expiration.
Hypelio reserves the right to:
Modify trial conditions
Limit eligibility
End promotions without notice
Abuse of trials or promotional offers may result in account termination.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds, if offered, are handled according to the terms displayed at checkout or communicated by support.
Hypelio does not guarantee refunds for partially used subscriptions unless required by applicable law.
9. User Content
You may upload, submit, or generate content using the Service (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Hypelio a limited, non-exclusive license to:

You are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated output. Hypelio does not guarantee performance, compliance, or outcomes from such content.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hypelio to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Misrepresent your identity or create fake accounts
Abuse free trials, discounts, or credits
Circumvent usage limits or safeguards
Harm the Service, infrastructure, or other users
You must comply with the terms of any third-party platforms connected to the Service (e.g., social networks). Hypelio is not responsible for actions taken by third parties against your accounts.
12. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
