These terms are between Hypelio and the person or company holding an account. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
Service means the Hypelio application and website. Workspace means the separate space holding one connected account's content, settings and analytics. Connected account means a LinkedIn account that has authorised Hypelio to act on its behalf. Content means anything you or your collaborators create in the service.
This is the most important clause here, so it is stated plainly. You may only connect a LinkedIn account you own, or one whose owner has knowingly authorised you to publish on their behalf. Each connection is completed by the account holder themselves.
You must not ask anyone for their LinkedIn password, use credentials you were given rather than authorisation, or connect an account belonging to someone who has not agreed to it. You are responsible for having permission for every account in your workspaces, and for telling those people that a third party is drafting and publishing on their behalf.
Hypelio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation. Your use of LinkedIn remains governed by LinkedIn's own agreements, and nothing here overrides them. You are responsible for making sure what you publish complies with them.
Do not use Hypelio to publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, to impersonate a person or organisation, to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to attempt to circumvent LinkedIn's rules or rate limits. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service without our written agreement.
Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your collaborators do. You must be at least 18.
The trial runs for 14 days and does not require a card to start. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Pricing is per connected account. People on your own team, such as writers, editors and reviewers, are not charged for. Adding an account mid-cycle is prorated. Removing or archiving an account takes effect at your next renewal, so you are never billed for a client you have already lost beyond that point.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not automatically refund part-used periods, but if something has gone genuinely wrong, write to us and we will deal with it fairly rather than pointing at this clause.
You keep ownership of everything you create in Hypelio, and connected account holders keep ownership of their own posts and profile data. You grant us only the permission needed to host your content, publish it where you have told us to, and generate drafts you have asked for.
We do not use your content, or your clients' content, to train models that serve other customers. When a workspace is archived or a subscription ends, content and analytics stay exportable for 90 days.
The service, its design and its underlying software remain ours. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service while your subscription lasts.
We work to keep Hypelio available and publishing reliably, and we will tell you when a scheduled post fails rather than leaving you to discover it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we depend on LinkedIn's platform and its availability, which is outside our control.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you publish through the service, or from connecting an account you did not have permission to connect.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly clause 3. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. You may close your account at any time.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
Governing law and jurisdiction are to be confirmed and will name the company's registered entity. Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address published on our site.
