Pricing

Per account. Published. No call.

You are charged for the LinkedIn accounts you publish to, and nothing else. Writers, editors, approvers and clients are all free, so the bill tracks the work you are actually paid for rather than the size of your team. Every number is on this page, including what fifty accounts costs.

Adding an account mid-month is prorated. Removing one takes effect at your next renewal, so a client who leaves in week two stops costing you at the end of that cycle rather than the end of the year.

Not on the bill

Four things other tools charge for

Per-seat pricing punishes you for having a team. We price the work instead.

Your writers and editorsInvite as many as you like. A three-person studio and a one-person studio pay the same for the same roster, because the roster is what we are hosting.
Your clients and approversThe person signing off never needs an account, so there is nothing to charge them for. This is also why approvals actually get used.
Drafts you never publishNo credit meter on writing. Generate ten versions of a post and bin nine; the bill does not move.
An account you archiveArchiving keeps the history and the exports but stops the billing at your next renewal. You are not paying to store a client you lost.

Billing questions

The things people check before signing up

Do I need a card to start the trial?+
No. Fourteen days, no card, and nothing charges automatically at the end — the account pauses and waits for you. We would rather you came back on purpose than got billed by accident.
What exactly counts as an account?+
One LinkedIn profile or company page that Hypelio publishes to. If you draft for someone but publish from their own device, that is not a connected account and there is nothing to pay.
What happens when I add a client mid-month?+
You are charged the prorated part of that cycle, so signing a client on the 20th costs you a third of a month rather than a whole one. Removing an account takes effect at the next renewal.
Do you charge per seat?+
No. Teammates, freelancers and approvers are all free, on every plan. The bill follows the accounts you publish for, which is the thing your own clients pay you for.
Is there a discount for paying annually?+
Not yet. We would rather earn the month than lock in the year while the product is this young, and a discount we have not thought through properly is worse than no discount. Ask us if annual billing matters to you and we will say plainly where it stands.
Can I cancel without emailing anyone?+
Yes, from settings, in two clicks. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and your posts, drafts and analytics stay exportable for ninety days after that.
Which currencies and taxes apply?+
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your country requires it, and the invoice carries your company details so it goes straight into your bookkeeping.
