Postwise writes and schedules across X, LinkedIn and Threads, and at volume it is cheaper than we are. What it does not appear to do is put a post in front of the client whose name goes on it. If nobody has to approve your work, Postwise may simply be the better buy.

Postwise is cheaper here and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Their Unlimited plan is $97 for unlimited accounts; ours is $104 for ten. Their accounts also span three platforms, where ours are LinkedIn only. Buy on the workflow, not on the $7.

Stay with Postwise if

These are things they do that we do not, and are not planning to.

You post to X and Threads too. They cover all three from one queue. We are LinkedIn only and intend to stay that way.
Unlimited accounts for a flat $97 suits you. Past roughly ten accounts their price stops moving and ours keeps climbing. That is a real advantage and it is theirs.
Three accounts is where you will stay. Their entry plan is $37 for three. Ours is $59 for five, so at exactly three you are paying us more for headroom you do not need.
Nobody else has to see the post first. If you write for yourself, an approval step is friction you are paying for and will never use.

Choose Hypelio if

These are the reasons people actually switch.

A client signs the post off. Approval reaches them as a link they can act on without an account. Their pricing page describes no equivalent.
Each person has to sound like themselves. A voice profile per account, trained on that person’s own posts — not one assistant with a house style.
You bill someone for this. Per-client reporting and a workspace per account, so the month’s work is separable when the invoice goes out.
You would rather not be metered. Their plans cap AI posts per month at 500 and 1,000 before the unlimited tier. Drafting here is not counted against a quota.

One to three accounts

Postwise Basic is $37 for three accounts. We have no three-account tier: Solo is $19 for one and Studio is $59 for five. Below five, they win on price.

Five accounts

Their Boss plan is $59 for five. Studio here is $59 for five. Identical, so the decision is entirely about whether you need approvals and per-client reporting.

Ten and beyond

Unlimited is $97 however many accounts you add. Ours is $104 at ten and $149 at twenty. If flat pricing at scale is what you are optimising for, theirs is the better shape and we will not argue with the arithmetic.

Postwise counts social accounts across X, LinkedIn and Threads, so three of theirs is not necessarily three LinkedIn profiles. They also discount 20% on annual billing, which we currently do not offer at all.

Questions

The ones people actually ask

Postwise is cheaper. Why would I switch?+
If price is the deciding factor at ten or more accounts, you probably should not. The reason people move is the step between writing a post and publishing it: someone else has to read it, change a line and say yes, and that has to happen without giving them a login or chasing them in a group chat. If that step does not exist in your work, the $7 is real money and theirs is the better buy.
Does Postwise do client approvals?+
Their pricing page does not mention team seats, approval workflows or client sign-off, and we are not going to claim more certainty than that. If you use Postwise and it does, tell us and we will correct this page rather than leave a comparison standing that is wrong in their favour or ours.
Can Hypelio post to X or Threads?+
No, and that is deliberate rather than a roadmap gap. Everything here — the fold preview, the timing model, the per-account voice profiles, the analytics — is shaped around one platform. A tool that covers three is doing a genuinely different job, and Postwise does it.
Is there a limit on how much I can draft?+
Not a monthly post quota. Their Basic and Boss plans cap AI-generated posts at 500 and 1,000 a month respectively before the unlimited tier, which is a fair way to price it — it just means the number in your head has to be the quota rather than the work.
What happens to my content if I leave?+
Posts, drafts and analytics stay exportable for ninety days after a subscription ends. We would rather lose an argument about lock-in than win one.

Test the approval step, not the price

Fourteen days, no card. Put one real client through sign-off and see whether it saves you the week of chasing. If it does not, Postwise is cheaper and we would rather you kept it.
